The Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) is a vibrant business membership organization comprised of close to 300 corporate members ranging from individual members to large corporations and multinational firms to SMEs. Through regular (monthly) events, members are able to develop good business contacts with the Dutch business community in Malaysia, as well as with other local and international companies and government authorities. Membership Packages

gold MEMBERSHIP FEE: RM 5,800

  • Large, multinational companies.
  • Paid up capital RM 10 million and above.
  • Four representatives may be appointed to MDBC functions.
  • In official meetings, Gold members have one vote.
silver MEMBERSHIP FEE: RM 3,000

  • Paid up capital between RM 1 million and RM 10 million.
  • Three representatives may be appointed to MDBC functions.
  • In official meetings, Silver members have one vote.
orange MEMBERSHIP FEE: RM 1,800

  • For SME companies.
  • Paid up capital below RM 1 million.
  • Two representatives may be appointed to MDBC functions.
  • In official meetings, Orange members have one vote.
individual MEMBERSHIP FEE: RM 1,000

  • For individuals only.
  • No corporate representation.
  • In official meetings, Individual members have one vote.
MEMBERSHIP FEE: RM 1,000

  • For individuals only.
  • For career seekers.
  • No corporate representation.
  • In official meetings, Career members have one vote.
outstation MEMBERSHIP FEE: RM 1,000

  • Any organisation based in Malaysia (but outside of the Klang Valley, Penang, or Johor.
  • Any organisation based in ASEAN / APAC.
  • In official meetings, Outstation members have one vote.
nl-membership MEMBERSHIP FEE:  € 250

  • Any company in The Netherlands (or the EU).
  • In official meetings, Netherlands members have one vote.

Membership fees for MDBC are payable on an annual basis, valid from 1 January to 31 December; after 1 July, the membership fee for new members is pro – rated at half the annual fee.
