The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Malaysia, together with the MDBC Chairman and Board of Directors, have the pleasure of inviting you to the MDBC & Netherlands Embassy 2025 New Year’s Cocktail Reception!

We look forward to receiving our 2025 members on Thursday, 16 January 2025 as we kick off the new year with a warm welcome. Join the celebrations at the Ambassador’s Residence with fellow members and a wide range of invited guests from the corporate, government, diplomatic, and NGO sectors.

            (Welcome and NY’s greetings at 18:45 hrs followed by a light buffet)

Dress Code: Business Smart (with a touch of orange and / or red)

* Registration is mandatory and is on a first come, first served basis.  Limited spots are available so kindly register asap.  Registration will be closed once capacity has been reached.

* All corporate members (Gold, Silver, Orange, Outstation) may register two (2) representatives.  Additional representatives (who will be placed on a waitlist) may be registered as follows:
– Silver: One (1)
– Gold: Two (2)
– Premium Partners: One (1)

* We regret that on this occasion there is no opportunity to register spouses, partners, friends, and business partners (Not even at a fee).  Walk – ins will NOT be accepted.  Please take note of the registration conditions listed below.

* Upon registration submission online, you will receive an automated reply of receipt.  This is NOT confirmation of your registration acceptance.  You will ALSO need to receive a personal reconfirmation e – mail from MDBC to confirm the acceptance of your registration; this will reach you latest by Monday, 13 January 2025.

* Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

* Please see the comments above on capacity restrictions for your registration, as well as a possible inclusion on a waitlist.

* We regret that on this occasion there is no opportunity to register spouses, partners, friends, or business partners, not even at a fee.

*While this event is free of charge for MDBC members, late cancellations (after Monday, 13 January (12 noon)) and no shows will be charged RM 100 nett per person.  Replacement / substitute participant(s) to avoid the no show charges are welcome.

* A reconfirmation will include a map and further details of the event and location.  Please note that very limited parking is available.  All guests are encouraged to use public transport or e – hailing alternatives to get to and from the event safely and responsibly.
