The Chairman and Board of Directors of the Malaysian Dutch Business Council (MDBC) would like to invite you to attend MDBC’s 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Years ending 31 December 2021, and 31 December 2022.

Date:    Monday, 19 June
Time:    15:00 – 20:00 hrs
Venue: Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara

We are offering our members a pre – AGM program which includes:

• a) presentation by a senior government official (MITI) to present and discuss topics such as ESG investments, new investment policy (NIP), new industrial masterplan 2030, etc.
• b) presentations on their latest focus areas by, and interactive engagement with, our main agency – partners such as MIDA, MDEC, and TalentCorp (invited).

Itinerary:
14:45 hrs – Registration
15:00 hrs – Talk by member of Cabinet
16:15 hrs – Interactive engagement session with government agencies
17:30 hrs – MDBC 25th AGM over FY 2021 & 2022

Please note:

• While the venue of the AGM proceedings will be announced as soon as possible, you may find the AGM Notice and the Proxy Form here.  These will be updated as soon as the venue has been confirmed.
• It is no longer required for MDBC to mail the hard copies of the AGM Notice and Proxy Form by regular post to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies; you will ONLY receive AGM notices via e – mail notifications (and Whatsapp Broadcast message); and
• The audited accounts for Financial Years 2021 & 2022 will be made available by separate e – mail, sent solely to the principal representatives of MDBC member companies.
