We are pleased to announce that we would like to end the year with a live networking event, which will be hosted by BMW Malaysia and will take place at their authorized dealership, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur.

Our members will get the chance to get up close with several BMW car models whilst mingling and networking.

There will be limited parking available within the showroom vicinity. Alternatively, you may take a Grab.

Itinerary:
16:00 – 17:00 hrs – Short test drive for guests who arrive early*
17:00 – 17:30 hrs – Registration & Arrival of Guests
17:30 – 17:35 hrs – Welcome Speech
17:35 – 19:30 hrs – Networking
19:30 hrs – End of Event
* Heavy traffic conditions expected in this time period may affect the test drive experience.
* Any test drives will be conducted before alcohol is served at the event

Event guidelines:
Registration is mandatory!  All confirmed guests will receive the reconfirmation latest by Tuesday, 14 December.
Please contact us if you do not receive this reconfirmation which will include further instructions.
a)  All attendees MUST be fully vaccinated.  Your status will be verified upon entry.
b)  Registration is subject to a first come, first served basis.
* Limited spaces are available, so please register fast!
* Due to SOPs, unconfirmed guests will not be allowed to join the networking session
c) We are accepting one (1) registration per MDBC member company.
* Designations of participants at C – level / senior management;
additional representatives will be placed on a waiting list.
d) We will charge a no – show, or late cancellation fee of RM 100 per person
(for cancellations after Friday, 10 December 2021 (12 noon)).
e) MDBC and BMW Malaysia reserve the right to postpone in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
f) You must be in good health to attend the event.  If you feel unwell, notify us and send a representative.
g) You will be required to wear a mask at the event. Your temperature will be taken upon registration.
h) You will be required to practice social distancing throughout the entire event.
